Is this for homes without a gas furnace?
Yes — air handler + condenser combos are the right fit when your heat comes from electric resistance, a heat pump coil, or hydronic baseboards. If you have or want a gas furnace, see our Furnace, Coil & Condenser package instead.
What does '3 tons' mean?
Tonnage is the cooling capacity. 3 tons covers most NJ homes up to roughly 1,800 sq ft of conditioned space, depending on insulation, windows, and ductwork. We confirm sizing with a Manual J load calc during the in-home visit.
What if my home needs more than 3 tons?
We can install larger systems — pricing will be quoted in writing during the assessment. The flat-rate package above covers up to 3 tons.
What's NOT included?
Major duct modifications, extended line set runs, electrical-panel upgrades, and decommissioning of asbestos-wrapped ducts are quoted separately if needed. Everything in the included list is covered at the package price.
What warranty do I get?
